Group bookings are required to cancel 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
A minimum of 48 hours is required for date changes. Should group numbers decrease by 5 or more students on the day, no refund will be given for these students.
If your group has a guided tour booked and your number drop below 15students on the day you will be charged $200.00 to cover the guide fee.
